Cadie Ellis is a motivated, personable, results-oriented coach and consultant specializing in helping people and organizations reach their optimal performance. Cadie has been honored as a Charlotte Business Journal 40 Under 40 winner and honoree for The Mecklenburg Times 50 Most Influential Women. She started a non-profit called The Rookie Run ‘N’ Walk to encourage people to aspire to achieve something they did not think possible. She also created and launched a young professionals board for the Greater Charlotte YMCA to help develop future non-profit leaders.
As a coach, Cadie believes everyone has the power to create and achieve change. She created The VDP Method, a 3-step process to assist in goal execution. With this method, she has helped beginners run their first 5K, small businesses grow their profit, and individuals find work/life balance.
As a consultant, Cadie is a collaborative thought leader delivering critical initiative direction by developing and balancing short and long-range strategic plans. She specializes in identifying opportunities for improvement, reducing complexity, eliminating non-value-added activities and developing talent to increase operational efficiency. Using The VDP Method, Cadie created multi-million dollar efficiencies for a Fortune 500 company.
Cadie currently resides in Tennessee with her husband, Steve, and their cat, Fasa. She enjoys travel, working out, and trying new recipes.
